WIP Update Dec 2023

Debut Novel Nesting

Many necessary boxes checked last month. Took a short break from the WIP to get things in order for my reading community– website, socials, newsletter, etc., and during NaNoWriMo I wrote Tessa’s Choice, an inspirational short story that you can check out here.

I’m definitely looking forward to sharing and engaging more with my growing list of readers (hopefully that includes you) in the upcoming months. Look for more fun stuff coming your way soon. Yay!

It’s been a wild ride, all this novel nesting, but it’s also been good, creative saw sharpening. I may be a little sleep deprived, (okay, more than just a little) but it’s been lots of fun.

As this year comes to a close, I’m thankful for all that I’ve been able to accomplish, but I’m looking forward to getting my head back into my WIP’s world. I’ve missed hanging out with those characters and dreaming up ways to complicate their lives lol.

Got lofty goals to complete a first draft by the end of March 2024, but thankfully the creative juices have been flowing, so I’m hopeful.
